What does a pedicure include?

Regular pedicure: A simple treatment that includes foot soaking, foot scrubbing with a pumice stone or foot file, nail clipping, nail shaping, foot and calf massage, moisturizer and nail polishing.

Are pedicures good for your feet?

Pedicures are not just an extravagant way to relax, they’re a key part of maintaining good foot health. For healthy and comfy feet, it’s important to get regular pedicures. Many foot conditions are associated with poor foot hygiene and care, like calluses, corns, fungal infections, and Athlete’s foot.

In a recent report, the American Podiatric Medical Association found 53 percent of respondents reported foot pain so severe that it hampered their daily function.
